SALES MANAGER

REQUIREMENTS:
Graduate of any four (4) year business related courses
Proven experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and adjust strategies accordingly
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve long-term business goals
Manage multiple sales managers or departments, setting overarching goals and ensuring alignment with company objectives
Design and oversee sales plans
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Evaluate overall sales performance and adjust strategies based on market trends and performance metrics.

Proven experience as a Sales Account Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role. (preferred but not required)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Qualify leads and set up meetings or demonstrations to showcase the company’s offerings
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts
